We had a wonderful time. Thank you Morley and Lorraine. Communication was great. We knew how to find the place. It’s a stunning place to stay. The adults all loved the house and gardens but the 8 children we had with us absolutely loved the gardens. Morley and Lorraine were so helpful in giving us advice on the local area and good places to visit. They also gave us a few little treats that were lovely. The house was immaculately clean. Everything we needed. We’ve had a great holiday. Thank you so much.

We booked Redyeates Farm for a family get-together. The accommodation is across two adjacent buildings and both were beautifully presented. We had great weather which meant the whole family could spend time out doors in the garden area, playing lots of games, such as croquet, and making good use of the tennis court. We ate at the house, except to visit the local pub on the Sunday lunchtime which was good. The location is a little 'remote' and as the lanes are narrow with high hedges, we felt it safest to drive into Chriton Fitzpaine rather than walk. Also there are no footpaths from the property across local fields to the village so walking options are limited.Lorraine and Morley our hosts met us and were very helpful, explaining what's what. They have an 'Honesty Shop' at the property which can be useful should you forget to bring or buy something.Our weekend was a great success, with both a combination of good weather, great property, and friendly and helpful hosts.

A great place to celebrate my mother‘s 80th birthday with all the family. Kids loved the space and being together all in one place. Morley and Lorraine are great hosts. This place is a little remote but has all the facilities to make it a great stay.

We had a lovely stay at this property with our family of 14 over New years, age ranging from age 9 to 75. We all had a very comfortable and relaxing time. The pool table kept us busy and although it was cold the kids still managed to play a little on the tennis court and trampoline. Lorraine and Morley were great hosts and although they live next door this didn't have an impact on our stay at all. Highly recommended for a memorable stay with friends and family.

Highly recommend - we went for a family Christmas and the entire place was perfect for all 12 of us. The place is spacious and great for a larger group. There is everything you would need in the kitchen for cooking big meals and lots to keep children entertained. Morley and Lorraine are great hosts, taking time to provide instructions to make sure we all found the place easily and that it was set up as needed. 10/10!

A wonderful place for a group weekend away, beautifully presented and clean and with so many options for entertainment whatever the weather.

We booked out the Barn and Dairy at Redyeates Farm for 5 nights this summer and it was fantastic. As a group of twelve with an age range between 8-70, the facilities kept us all very well entertained - particularly the trampoline, pool table and tennis court. It was well kitted out and we felt this was by far the cleanest holiday let we have ever booked. Lorraine and Morley were both very helpful and polite. The location was fairly remote and did require a drive down some single track country lanes with lovely scenery. Would highly recommend, it is fantastic value for money - book it, you won’t regret.
