Large Group Luxury Holiday Cottages in Devon.

Redyeates Farm is the perfect place for large group family holidays or couples that want to get away from it all in a luxurious, peaceful setting with a great variety of things to do either at Redyeates Farm or on days out.

Previously the Devon Wine School, Redyeates Farm has total peace and quiet based around a 17th century farmhouse with no nearby neighbours and lots of rolling Devon countryside. If you like the sound of nothing (or maybe a woodpecker or two!) and the sight of circling buzzards, with real dark skies at night to properly see the stars, then you can’t go far wrong here.

We have superb 5 star group cottage accommodation with something for everyone and fine countryside views on your doorstep. Whether it be a game of tennis on our recently re-surfaced all-weather court, playing football with the kids or reading the papers while the children roam the 3 acres of gardens, playing on the climbing frame and swings, jumping on our ultra-safe (spring free) trampoline or simply playing table tennis, we have a fantastic selection of things to do for all ages.

Devon holidays are all about fantastic days out and we are based in one of the best locations so that you can ensure you really experience lots of what Devon has to offer without spending too much time in the car. Being strategically placed, all the variety Devon has to offer families, young and old, are close at hand.  We are just 20 minutes from the beautiful Roman City of Exeter along with its quayside with bars, restaurants, cycling and boat trips in the summer. We are also located between the two National Parks being just 12 miles from Exmoor or 12 miles from Dartmoor with all of the fantastic activities they have to offer.

And if you fancy the seaside for the day, you really are well placed to take your pick of many of the coastal resorts (north and south) with their beaches, pretty fishing villages and smugglers coves. Closer to home, and within just 10 minutes, you can be at a classy bistro at an 18th century watermill, at plenty of other local pubs with good food or at a wide range of other tourist attractions.

If you want a night out to somewhere specific on your own, taxi’s and babysitters are also available with prior arrangement.
